Registration

In order for us to accept a camper’s registration, we must receive the following:

  • Complete Application
  • Emergency Form
  • Copy of your child’s Physical (dated within 24 months of camp attending)
  • Copy of your child’s Immunization record
  • Full payment

There are two options to complete this process:

1. On-line. First, complete our on-line registration and payment process. Next, complete the online Emergency form and submit it right from our site. Third, mail a copy of physical and immunization record to us.

2. Mail-in: First, download and complete our registration and emergency forms. Next, mail the registration and emergency form, physical, immunization record and check to us.
